Pre-Order Details

Timeline

Pre-orders are available for 2-3 Weeks.

After Pre-orders close, production will take 2-3 weeks. (It could Be less, this is estimated)

Once Production is complete and the product is received orders will be available for Pickup or Shipping.

Shipping Altercations

Due to being a startup, if you order a pre-order hoodie with a hoodie that is not a pre-order hoodie, shipping will be delayed until the pre-order hoodie is available, or the pre-order hoodie is refunded (See details below)

Refunds

If you would like a refund for a hoodie, see the contact details under Support at the bottom of the page.

Refunds are not available once the pre-order window has closed.

Refunds will automatically occur if not enough orders are entered in the given time frame/ to fund a design.

Pick Up

Pickup is available in North Canton, Ohio. Detailed information will be sent to you when the purchase is made. If pickup is selected but you cannot pick up, an invoice requesting the regular shipping fee will be sent.
