Hello, my name is Landon Carl, and I am the owner of GrowU. Our mission is to help individuals grow mentally each day by promoting mental health awareness, a critical and increasingly urgent issue worldwide. To support this cause, we donate 5% of each sale to Mental Health America, an organization whose mission aligns with our own. GrowU’s clothing is designed to be stylish, affordable, and comfortable, ensuring that you feel great every time you wear it. Each hoodie features a meaningful message on the back, paired with a symbol on the front, allowing you to express and embody the values that both you and GrowU stand for.

A little about me—I'm Landon Carl, a college student involved in various activities. I founded GrowU because mental health has always been a challenge in my family and my own life. I wanted to create a way for people, including myself, to express their journey of growth every day. This is the inspiration behind GrowU. The quote above, by Dhiman, the author of You Matter, perfectly captures our philosophy: "Progress, no matter how slow, is still progress and should be valued." It encourages patience and self-compassion, reminding us that growth is ongoing and that's what truly matters. When I discovered this quote, I knew I had to start a clothing brand that would help spread this message—helping those who are struggling realize that they are growing, even on the tough days. And that’s how GrowU began.
